It seems that domm@cpan.org (and maybe other cpan.org mail aliases?) do not work at the moment.

This problem was also affecting me and other authors. I haven't been able to find out what happened, yet.
Says Ask, on a contact@perl.org ticket
"General outage -- about half the cpan.org addresses haven't worked
all morning. One of the users setup an invalid email address that
made our parser (we get a feed of the email addresses from PAUSE)
barf in a particularly bad way.
This probably explains why I didn't get my Gravatar signup mail.
