Even though I was fighting mail servers today, I managed to put some time aside for long-needed CPANTS improvements. (And I really have to thank the Catalyst/DBIC-guys for their wonderfull tools which made me finish a big project on time (more on this later...))

I'm terribly sorry to say so, but I think those new rules are nothing short of outrageous! If you don't see what I mean, just look at what these additions did to the kwalitee ranking of WWW-Babelfish, Crypt-Shark and Net-Squid-Purge.

On the serious side, what do you think about a metric that has something to do with old unresolved bugs on RT?
