Please, all people I know: Stop getting married, or postpone your marriage to 2008!
You know, we're invited to a marriage of very old friends of B.s in 3 weeks. Then there's a reasonable time until the next marriage, which happens on 31th August (yes, that's the day after YAPC::Europe; no, we didn't reschedule the YAPC so I can go the party, this was really the cardiologists fault).
But now things get crazy. On the next day, i.e. 1st Sep., some very good friends of both me and B. finally marry (after living together for ~10 years).
Today I found a letter in our mailbox, and guess what. My brother also marries. On September 1st. Argh!!
There's this old Austrian saying: "Man kann mit einem Arsch nur auf
einer Hochzeit tanzen" - This was never so much true
